Indiana Client Granted Full Clearance of His License on First Attempt

January 2024

This client had three DUI arrests over the past 18 years with the last DUI being in 2018 in the State of Indiana. The important thing about this case is that we were able to have the client testify consistently about his alcohol consumption and specifically on the Knight in question from the last DUI he had 8 to 10 beers / glasses of wine in a four hour period.

Despite the fact that there were three DUIs, the client was still rated as a significant risk by his alcohol evaluator, and the hearing admitted that he was a problem drinker. We were able to make sure that all of the drinking patterns from the first DUI all the way through until current day were consistent and acceptable with a significant risk classification.

We also had to help the client testify as to what he learned in his alcohol treatment, as well as what lifestyle changes he made to assure the Secretary of State that they should clear up his license and allow him to obtain a license in the state of Indiana.
